How do you cook eggs over medium?
Cooking Eggs Over Medium
1. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. Crack two eggs into the skillet.
3. Let the eggs cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
4. Once the whites have set, gently shake the skillet or lift it in circular motions to spread the liquid egg onto the yolk.
5. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the eggs before flipping them.
6. Let the eggs cook for another 1-2 minute or until the yolk starts to set. Do not overdo this part.
7. Garnish with grated cheese, herbs or salsa and transfer the eggs onto a plate.
