How long do you steam frozen butter beans?

You cannot steam frozen butter beans. They should be thawed prior to steaming. You can thaw them in the refrigerator overnight, or in the microwave on the defrost setting for a few minutes. Once thawed, you can steam the butter beans for about 10-15 minutes.
