What is the density of a corian countertop?
Corian is a brand name for a solid surface material produced by DuPont. It is a mixture of acrylic resin and alumina trihydrate, and has a density of approximately 1.7 g/cm³. This means that a cubic centimetre of Corian weighs 1.7 grams.
