How to Make Herb Butter
If you are tired of spreading that same old stick of butter on your bread, then you should spice it up. In just a few short minutes, you can create a butter spread that will leave your mouth watering. Here's an Herb Butter recipe that will knock your socks off.
Things You'll Need
- 2 sticks of butter
- Chives
- Parsley
- Sage
- Tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions

Remove the butter from your fridge and allow it soften on the counter for about 30 minutes.

Finely chop fresh parsley, tarragon, chives and sage. You do not need a lot of each. For this amount of butter, the whole herb mixture should only be 2 tbsp.

Add herb mixture, butter and lemon juice in a bowl.

Combine the ingredients using a hand mixer until well mixed.

Place in the fridge for an hour so that the butter again hardens. Serve with bread or place on steak just off the grill.
