How to Make Chocolate Butter
Whoever thought of adding chocolate to butter was a genius. It is so decadent and good. Here is a recipe that will have you whipping up your own chocolate butter in no time.
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- Small bowl
- Hand mixer
Instructions

Remove one pound of butter from fridge and allow it soften for 1/2 hour.

Combine butter, cocoa and sugar into a bowl.

Whip contents with a hand mixer until contents are well mixed and the butter appears slightly fluffy.

Place on a plate and "shape" using a spatula. If you want to get really fancy for a dinner party, place the chocolate butter in a mold that suits the occasion. Let it harden in the fridge and then remove from the mold.
