Is a bowl of soup 600 ml or 6 liters?

Here's why:

* 6 liters is a very large amount of liquid, equivalent to about 6.3 US cups. That's way too much for a normal serving of soup.

* 600 ml is more reasonable for a bowl of soup, equivalent to about 2.5 US cups.

Of course, the size of the bowl and the amount of soup can vary, but 600 ml is a good starting point.
