What things should you be eating everyday?

Fruits and vegetables. Aim for at least 2-3 cups of fruits and vegetables per day. This can include fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables.

Whole grains. Choose whole grains over refined grains whenever possible. Whole grains provide more fiber, vitamins, and minerals than refined grains.

Lean protein. This includes fish, chicken, beans, tofu, and lean cuts of meat. Aim for 6-8 ounces of lean protein per day.

Healthy fats. This includes olive oil, avocado, nuts, and seeds. Aim for 2-3 tablespoons of healthy fats per day.

Low-fat dairy products or calcium-rich alternatives. This includes milk, yogurt, cheese, and fortified plant-based milks. Aim for 3 cups of low-fat dairy products or calcium-rich alternatives per day.

Water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Aim for 8-10 glasses of water per day.
