When you cook dried spaghetti drain it well then put spicy meatballs on top get lots of water coming out the which has to be drained off - Why?
When you cook dried spaghetti, it absorbs water and becomes larger. When you drain it, you are removing the excess water that has not been absorbed by the pasta. If you then put spicy meatballs on top of the pasta, the meatballs will release their juices, which will combine with the remaining water on the pasta. This water needs to be drained off in order to prevent the pasta from becoming soggy.
