A must for many seafood dishes.
Things You'll Need

- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce (I prefer to use Lee & Perrin's brand)
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
Instructions
-
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour to create a nice roux. Slowly whisk in the water and the redi-base until it's blended.

Add in your old bay seafood seasoning, the paprika, and the worcestershire sauce.
-
Remove the sauce from the heat and add the sherry and cream, slowly whisking it in and serve, or add to another recipe or dish.
