Ingredients:
- 3 oz blue raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Jell-O powder and boiling water until the powder is completely dissolved.
2. Add the cold water and lemon juice and stir until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
4. Cut into squares and serve.
