Ingredients:

- 500g russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C/450°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and crispy, flipping them once during baking.

4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
