Remove the cap from the bottle.

Hold the Heinz ketchup bottle at a 45-degree angle over your dish.

Gently tap your knuckle on the neck of the bottle where the "57" label is attached.

Continue tapping until the ketchup begins to flow out of the bottle and onto the dish.
