How to Make Tex-Mex Queso

This is a common staple of any Tex-Mex menu. Unfortunately, it is tough to find in restaurants outside of Texas. With this recipe, you can now bring Texas home.

Things You'll Need

  • 12 oz block of light Velvetta

  4. Add Velvetta cubes, Rotel, green chilies and turkey sausage into the pot. Stir constantly. Heat throughout until cheese is melted.
