Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 cup of milk
* Salt and pepper
* 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large pot or saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, or until the mixture is bubbly and slightly thickened.
3. Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a slow simmer.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
6. Add cooked macaroni and stir until combined.
7. Serve immediately.
