What is the habitat of Amazon Pineapple?

Amazon Pineapple, also known as Ananas bracteatus, is native to the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. It is found in the understory of dense forests, primarily in the states of Amazonas, Pará, and Rondônia. Amazon Pineapple typically grows in shady, humid environments with well-draining soil. It is often found along riverbanks and in areas with high levels of rainfall. The plant prefers temperatures between 77°F (25°C) and 86°F (30°C) and does not tolerate frost or extreme heat.
