Controversies

In 2015, Sweet Frog was involved in a controversy over the use of the term "premium." Some consumers complained that the chain's frozen yogurt was not of premium quality, and that the company was misleading customers by using the term. Sweet Frog responded to the controversy by stating that its frozen yogurt meets the standards set by the National Frozen Yogurt Association.
