How to Boil Jalapeños
Many people love to eat jalapeño poppers as appetizers and as a snack. They are great to munch while you are watching television, reading a book or when you want a quick snack. Making jalapeño poppers is not very difficult. Boiling the peppers is one of the most important steps in making jalapeños poppers.
Instructions

Place a pan of water on the stove. Light the stove and wait on the water to come to a full boil. This will take about five or ten minutes.

Add the peppers to the boiling water. Add them one at a time and make sure they are all under the boiling water.

Cover the pan of water with a lid and allow the peppers to boil for at least two minutes.

Remove the lid from the pan and drain the peppers in a colander. Run some cold water over the peppers while they are in the colander.

Feel the peppers. They should be firm and crispy, yet soft.

Put the peppers back in the pot and set them aside.
