Nouilles et Fromage en Casserole (Noodles and Cheese Casserole)

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked egg noodles

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 cups milk

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the egg noodles, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.

3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the sauce to the bowl with the noodles and cheese. Stir until well combined.

5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the chopped parsley.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

7. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
