Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. 2 chicken breasts, 1-2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 hot pepper, 1 green onion, 1/4-1/2 pound snap peas, garlic, teriyaki, soy sauce and any other spices you would like.

First, heat up the wok to medium-high heat with some oil and add sliced chicken breasts and cook thoroughly, 10-15 minutes.

  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add in the noodles. They can be egg or rice noodles. I prefer egg noodles, but it is a personal preference, boil until done, usually 7-10 minutes.

  3. After the chicken is well cooked, turn down the heat and you will add in the chopped vegetables, teriyaki sauce, garlic and any other spices you would like. Cook the contents on medium-low for another 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, add any additional flavors or spices that you desire and serve.
