What is gramolata?
Gramolata is an Italian relish prepared with finely grated lemon zest, fresh garlic, and parsley. The classic Italian garnish is commonly served with veal in Lombardy, particularly osso buco alla milanese. It can also be used to season grilled meats and fish, and is also common in Sardinian cuisine.
