How do you know when wine is off?

Signs of spoiled wine

- Smell: Wine that has gone bad will often have a sour or vinegary smell.

- Taste: Spoiled wine will also taste sour or vinegary, and it may also have a bitter or metallic taste.

- Appearance: Spoiled wine may also be cloudy or have sediment in the bottle.

- Bubbles: If you see bubbles in still wine, it means the wine has gone through a secondary fermentation and is no longer good to drink.
