How do you fix a dent in metal water bottle?

To fix a small dent in metal water bottle, use:

1. Boiling water

2. Pliers or a plunger

1. Using Boiling Water

- Fill the dented water bottle with hot water from a kettle or pot nearly to the top.

- Put the water bottle that still hot into the freezer section for 1-3 hours, or until the water is frozen.

- Remove the bottle and let it sit, upside down, on a towel for several minutes to allow condensation to form on the outside of the bottle.

- Using pliers or a plunger with a rubber end, firmly press the bottom of the bottle towards the dent to make the dent pop out into place.

2. Using a Plunger

- Make sure the bottle is completely free of water

- Place the bottle top down on a level surface

- Position the plunger over the dent so the suction cup or rubber end makes contact with the dent

- Push down and pull back on the handle of the plunger repeatedly, maintaining contact between the suction cup and the dent

- Continue this for a few minutes or until the dent pops out.
