Are there any wines that are high in iron?
There are no wines that are particularly high in iron. Red wine typically contains around 1-2 milligrams of iron per liter, which is still significantly lower than the recommended daily intake of 18 milligrams for women and 8 milligrams for men. Other dietary sources of iron include meat, poultry, seafood, beans, nuts, seeds, and fortified cereals.
