How long does 12 percent wine stay in body?
There are a lot of factors that affect how long alcohol stays in the body, including a person's age, size, weight, and drinking habits. The type of alcohol also plays a role, with wine tending to be eliminated from the body quicker than hard liquor. However, in general, 12 percent wine can stay in the body for approximately 6 hours. This means that it can take that long before the body returns to a normal blood alcohol content.
