Is wine okay to drink it in the Bible?
Yes, wine is permitted to drink in the Bible. In fact, it is seen as a blessing from God. In the Old Testament, wine is mentioned in many passages as a gift from God to be enjoyed by His people. For example, in Psalm 104:15, it says, "He [God] gives food that sustains the heart and wine that gladdens the heart of man." In the New Testament, Jesus Christ Himself drank wine and even turned water into wine at the wedding in Cana (John 2:1-11).
However, the Bible also warns against the dangers of excessive drinking and drunkenness. For example, in Ephesians 5:18, it says, "Do not get drunk on wine, for that leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." The Bible teaches that drinking wine should be done in moderation and always with a sense of reverence and gratitude to God.
