How to Drill laminated glass?

Materials needed:

- Laminated glass

- Drill bit for laminated glass (carbide-tipped)

- Water

- Masking tape

- Safety goggles

- Power drill

Instructions:

1. Make sure the laminated glass is supported on a stable surface.

2. Mark the spot where you want to drill the hole with a pencil.

3. Apply masking tape around the area where you will be drilling to prevent the glass from chipping.

4. Put on your safety goggles.

5. Insert the carbide-tipped drill bit into the power drill.

6. Start drilling slowly, applying light pressure.

7. Keep the drill bit cool by dripping water onto it as you drill.

8. Continue drilling until the hole is the desired size.

9. Remove the masking tape.

10. Clean up any debris.

Tips:

- Start drilling slowly to reduce the risk of cracking the glass.

- Apply light pressure when drilling to avoid damaging the glass.
