What is the recipe for Dutch

Ingredients:

- 1 cup all-purpose flower

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

- Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. Use your fingers to work the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

4. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

5. Fold in the strawberries.

6. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the dutch babies are puffed up and golden brown.

8. Serve immediately with whipped cream.
