Wolfgang Puck Electric Pressure Cooker E4 code indicates that there is a problem with the pressure switch. Check to make sure that the top lid is properly closed and latched. If it is not, the pressure switch will not be able to detect that the pressure has built up sufficiently, and the E4 code will appear.
To correct the E4 code, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the pressure release valve is in the "SEALED" position.
2. Ensure the air vent is seated properly.
3. Check the gasket on the lid for any damage or tears.
4. Make sure the lid is correctly locked and closed.
5. Close the lid and turn the pressure release valve to the "SEALED" position.
