What is recipe for bonefish grill garbanzo beans?

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1 small onion, diced

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 1 teaspoon ground cumin

* 1 teaspoon ground coriander

* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 2 cans (15 ounces each) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

* 1 cup water

* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute more.

4. Add the garbanzo beans and water and bring to a boil.

5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the beans are heated through.

6. Stir in the parsley and serve.
