How long should you bake lobster tails?

Bake Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).

2. Prepare the lobster tails. Thaw if frozen, split the shells with kitchen shears, and remove any meat that may have stuck to the shell. (If you can't find pre-split tails, you can easily split the shells yourself.)

3. Drizzle the lobster tails with melted butter, olive oil, or garlic butter.

4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.

5. Place the lobster tails on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the tails.

7. Broil for 1 minute to give them a nice char (optional).

8. Serve the lobster tails immediately with your favorite sides.
