How to Bake or Broil Grouper

There are many different varieties of grouper, each prized for its firm white flesh. Grouper can be cooked with good results at relatively high temperatures, making it suitable for broiling and baking. Although grouper is seasoned simply during cooking, it pairs well with a number of flavorful toppings, such as salsa, chunky tomato sauce, pesto and fruits, including mango, peach and pineapple. Quickly steam or saute veggies while the grouper cooks for an effortless dinner that's ready in minutes.
