How much water should be added in oodles of noodles?
It's impossible to give a specific amount of water for "oodles" of noodles without knowing how many noodles you have!
Here's how to determine the right amount of water:
* Check the package instructions: Most noodle packages will tell you how much water to use for a specific amount of noodles. Follow these instructions for best results.
* Use a ratio: A general rule of thumb is to use a 10:1 ratio of water to noodles. For example, for 1 cup of noodles, use 10 cups of water.
* Leave room for boiling: Ensure there's enough water so the noodles have space to cook evenly and don't stick together.
* Don't overfill: Too much water will dilute the flavor of the broth and make the noodles soggy.
Pro tip: If you're unsure, it's always better to start with a little less water and add more if needed. You can also use a pasta strainer to remove excess water if you add too much.
