Can you freeze cooked noodles in liquid?
It is not recommended to freeze cooked noodles in liquid. When noodles are cooked in liquid, they absorb water and become very delicate and waterlogged. This makes them more susceptible to damage during the freezing process. When frozen, the water in the noodles will expand and form large ice crystals, which can damage the noodles' texture and flavor. Additionally, the liquid in which the noodles were cooked may also contain other ingredients, such as salt, spices, or oil, which can further affect the texture of the noodles when frozen. For these reasons, it is best to freeze cooked noodles on their own without any liquid.
