How to Make Crock Pot Lasagna
Who doesn't love to come home to an already-made slow cooker meal? Slow cookers are not just for meats and soups. Here's a delicious recipe for lasagna that you can put together in the morning and enjoy in the afternoon.
Things You'll Need
- Slow Cooker
- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Cottage cheese
- Spaghetti sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- Ground beef
- Mozzarella or other Italian cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Chop your onion and garlic and saute in a pan until translucent. Add the ground beef. Cook and set aside.

Begin by putting a layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Put one layer of uncooked lasagna noodles at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Add a layer of your ground beef, garlic and onion mixture.

Layer that with some ricotta, some cottage cheese and some mozzarella.

Cover all that with sauce and repeat the process.

End with a final covering of cheese and cook on a low setting for approximately 4 hours. Enjoy!
