What temperature should pasta casserole be when done?
Pasta casserole should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), just like any other casserole.
This ensures that any bacteria present in the casserole is killed and that it is safe to eat.
You can use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the casserole. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the casserole, away from any bones or metal parts. If the temperature is below 165°F, continue cooking until it reaches the desired temperature.
