Meatloaf Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1.5 pounds ground beef

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup grated onion

- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 1/4 cup ketchup, for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, onion, and green bell pepper.

3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

4. Divide the meat mixture into 12 portions and form into balls.

5. Place the meatball into the wells of a greased muffin pan.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. Top each meatball with a teaspoon of ketchup and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the ketchup is bubbly.

8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
