How long will smoked ham stay fresh at room temperature?
Smoked ham will only last for about 2 hours at room temperature. If exposed to temperatures between 40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 2 hours, the ham may start to grow bacteria and can become unsafe to consume.
