Are US cooking temperatures rated in degrees centigrade or Fahrenheit?

The United States is one of the few countries that still uses the Fahrenheit scale for measuring temperature. Most other countries use the Celsius scale. Therefore, US cooking temperatures are rated in degrees Fahrenheit, not degrees Celsius.
