How do you grill a whole salmon?
### Grilled Whole Salmon
#### Ingredients:
* 1 whole salmon, cleaned and gutted
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
#### Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the salmon all over with the marinade.
4. Place the salmon on the grill grate, skin-side down.
5. Grill the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve the salmon immediately with your favorite sides.
Tips:
* To check if the salmon is done, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fish. If the fish flakes easily, it is done.
* If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the salmon in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
* Grilled salmon is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this flavorful fish. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or pasta.
