What eats a cray fish in the food web pond habitat?

Crayfish in the food chain can be prey for several larger animals, such as fish (bass, trout), birds (ducks, herons), mammals (raccoons, otters), reptiles (snakes, turtles) and amphibians (frogs). These animals often hunt for crayfish in shallow waters or near the edges of ponds and streams, where crayfish are more vulnerable. Crayfish are also preyed upon by aquatic insects and other invertebrates, such as dragonflies, beetles and crayfish themselves.
