Do molly dalmatian fish eat other fish?

Mollies, including the Molly Dalmatian, are omnivorous and generally peaceful fish that are not known to be predatory or aggressive towards other fish. While they may occasionally nibble on the fins of slower-moving fish, this behavior is usually not harmful and does not pose a significant threat to other tank mates. Mollies primarily feed on algae, plant matter, small insects, and commercial fish food.

However, it's important to note that some individual fish may have different behaviors, and overcrowding or inappropriate tank conditions can sometimes lead to aggressive behavior even in non-predatory species. Therefore, it is always best to research the compatibility of different fish species and provide an appropriate environment to prevent any potential conflicts.
