How quickly do guinea fowl grow?

Guinea fowl grow fairly quickly. They hatch out at around 1 ounce and double in size every week for the first 6 weeks. At 6 weeks, they typically weigh 1.5 to 2 pounds. After 6 weeks, they continue to grow, but at a slower rate. At 16 weeks, they typically weigh 3.5 to 4.5 pounds. At 24 weeks, they are considered fully grown and typically weigh 5.5 to 7 pounds.
