Will duck eggs hatch with no male?

Duck eggs will not hatch without a male duck (or an incubator) because they need to be fertilized. When a male duck mates with a female duck, he transfers his sperm to her, which fertilizes the eggs. Without this fertilization, the eggs will not develop into ducklings.
