Ingredients:

- 3-4 pound pork shoulder (also known as pork butt or Boston butt)

- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon dry rub seasoning (such as a blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder)

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
