How to Cook Rabbit in the Crock Pot
Some people hunt their own rabbits, while others get gutted and cleaned rabbit from the grocery store. A lean animal with plenty of meat on the bones, rabbit tastes mild and similar to chicken. Because it has no strong flavor of its own, it pairs well with a lot of different foods that are spicy or rich. Cook rabbit meat in a slow cooker so that it becomes very tender from the long simmering.
