How do you cut chicken with pulley bone?
To cut chicken with a pulley bone, follow these steps:
1. Locate the pulley bone. The pulley bone is the small, round bone located at the joint of the wing and the breast. It is also sometimes called the "wishbone" or "merrythought."
2. Hold the chicken with your non-dominant hand. Make sure that the pulley bone is facing up.
3. Take a sharp knife in your dominant hand. Hold the knife with the blade facing down and parallel to the pulley bone.
4. Insert the knife into the chicken just above the pulley bone. Be careful not to cut into the joint itself.
5. Slice through the chicken down to the bone. Make sure to cut through the skin, meat, and cartilage.
6. Continue slicing until you reach the other side of the pulley bone.
7. Once you have sliced through the chicken, remove the pulley bone. You can do this by pulling it out with your fingers or by using a pair of pliers.
8. Discard the pulley bone.
9. You can now cook the chicken as desired.
