What is a good oven fried chicken recipe?

Ingredients

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1 tablespoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 teaspoon onion powder

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/2 cup vegetable oil

* 1/4 cup water

* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the oil and water.

4. Add the chicken to the bowl with the flour mixture and toss to coat.
