How to Cook a Chicken Roll
Chicken rolls are a simple and inexpensive finger food that goes well as an appetizer for a dinner party or as part of a meal. They can be made plain or stuffed with cheese and spices or really anything you want to put in them. One way to cook a chicken roll is to bake it. In an hour or less, you can serve your family tender and delicious chicken cooked in a different and imaginative way.
Things You'll Need
- Cookie sheet
- Aluminum foil
- Paper towels
- 4 chicken breasts
- Sharp knife
- 1 cup butter
- Sauce pan
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- ½ cup instant potatoes
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toothpicks
How to Cook a Chicken Roll

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Remove the skin from all four of the chicken breast. Next, rinse each piece of chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Slice one chicken breast evenly in half until you have two thin pieces. Cut the other three chicken breasts in the same manner.

Put the butter in the sauce pan and cook on medium-high heat until melted. Add the garlic, instant potatoes and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix together.

Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the front side of all eight chicken pieces. Next, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top of each slice of meat, until all the cheese is gone.

Take the end of one sliced chicken breast and carefully roll it up. Secure the chicken roll with a toothpick. Roll the rest of the chicken in this manner.

Dip each rolled up chicken breast slice in the melted butter. Next, drag each buttered meat roll through the instant potato mix until completely coated.

Place each coated chicken roll on the cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before eating.
