Can you eat marshmallow for Passover?
That depends on the marshmallow!
* Traditional marshmallows are made with gelatin, which is derived from animal collagen. This would make them not kosher for Passover.
* Vegan marshmallows are made with plant-based alternatives to gelatin. These are usually kosher for Passover, as long as they do not contain any other ingredients that are not kosher for Passover (like corn syrup, for example).
Always check the ingredient list and the kosher certification to be sure.
