Can you make a smoothie with water instead of milk?
Ingredients
1 cup frozen fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Add more water or yogurt as needed to reach desired consistency.
3) Enjoy!
